Refunds
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.
Shipping
Current processing time is 3-7 business days. Shipping price is calculated at checkout and depends on weight, size, and the location of where the order is being shipped to. Shipping to USA only.
Please TRIPLE CHECK that your address is accurate before placing your order!
Once the post office has received your package, it becomes their responsibility. Kimberly's Cosmic Gems is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages. There is no refund for a lost or delayed shipment.
Return/Exchange Policy
Kimberly's Cosmic Gems does not accept returns or exchanges.

Kimberly's Cosmic Gems does NOT accept any cancellations.
Damaged/Missing Items
Kimberly's Cosmic Gems is not responsible for any damaged items. It is out of my control once the package has been handed to the post office. All orders are packaged with extreme care and appropriate packing materials such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tissue paper, packing tape, and fragile stickers.

If you have received the wrong item please email me at kimberlyscosmicgems@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package so that I can send the correct item. Please include your order number and a photo of the item that was sent as well as a photo of your packing slip. If it is past the 3 day window, I will not be able to send out the item.
Invalid Address/Returned to Sender
If your tracking says "invalid address" or "returned to sender," then the address you provided was incorrect. When Kimberly's Cosmic Gems receives your package again, you will be contacted by email. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees in order for me to reship the package. If the buyer does not want to pay shipping, there is a 25% restocking fee on refunds for returned to sender orders which means you will get back 75% of what you paid for. If the customer does not respond within 72 HOURS, the items will not be shipped back and will be restocked in the shop.
